About us

Saltdean Residents’ & Community Association is a charity run by volunteers with a common aim to make Saltdean an even better place to live and work.

We recently changed our name from ‘Saltdean Community Association’, to reflect our new, closer relationship with the our non-charity sister organisation, the Saltdean Residents Association.

We are registered with The Charity Commission. You can access our annual report and accounts here, and our constitution is available to download here.

The Saltdean Residents’ Association is able to campaign for the community in ways that cannot be done by the charity - for example, by opposing a planning application.

The charity and the SRA are both run by the charity’s trustees, who are elected by the charity‘s members. You can become a member by clicking here.
